Quick update on basement project

So, framing is done. They are doing plumbing today and wiring tomorrow. Insulation on Friday and they start dry wall on Monday. I will post some pictures later this afternoon.

Food Network

I found this blog today which breaks down where the Food Network is going wrong. You can read it here: http://blog.ruhlman.com/ . I think he's right on the money.

I remember cooking shows when they where on the Discovery Channel. Shows like, Great Chefs of New Orleans, Yan Can Cook and that crazy english guy who used to have a booze problem. Anyway. I thought it was a great little write up and I may just keep my eye on this blog from here out.
