Open Letter to High School "Hackers"

Dear High School "hackers",

I noticed to day that there was a story on The Post-Standard in which some high school students broke into the school computer system and changed their grades (See Article here). I would like to suggest that you use the following rules of thumb to justify doing something like this.

1. Is there a girl or guy you are trying to impress?
2. Can you do this with a 300 baud modem?

If you answered yes to those 2 questions, then you have mastered time travel and have gone back to 1982 where this kind of this is really cool and it hasn't really been done before.

If you said No to either one of those then stop what your doing and study and go rent the movie War Games.

Thank you for your consideration.
